7月7日、思い立って貴船神社へ。
日の入りが遅いこの季節、19時近くなってようやく夕暮れ。
境内には控えめな七夕飾りと、控えめなライトアップ。
思い思いに願いをこめて短冊をかけ、本殿へ御参り。
苔むす手水も水占いも、夜の明かりの中で見るとなんとも幻想的な雰囲気です。
ひんやりした貴船の山の空気と、流れる川音や虫の声が心地良くて
川床で食事を楽しむ人たちを横目に
「いいなぁ。ビールが美味しいだろうなぁ」なんて喉をゴクリと鳴らしながら
奥宮までぷらぷら夜のお散歩を。
天の川見えるかな…と空を見上げたら、チラチラと飛ぶ蛍が。
その昔、和泉式部がこの地で心を癒された蛍。
彼女が見たような群舞する姿ではないけれど
梅雨の名残に見送られ、満たされた気持ちで帰途につきました。
七夕飾りとライトアップは8月15日まで開催されているそうです。
新緑と湿度たっぷりの空気が最高に気持ちの良い、貴船の夏。
